Today Indian Inc. is all set to prune just to adjust their own micro economies amidst the national economy slow down. What most of the companies dont understand is that when they were doing good, they added workforce for no good reasons. And now when it comes to managing OBIDTA, they are taking rash decisions and losing more monies in severance packages than saving during financial crunch and then spending more to acquire new talent. Its time leadership and HR start think and work like a seasoned gardener rather than a chainsaw operator and fell the tree instead of cutting few stray branches.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
